PDF copies of the handouts will be available for download for free, a week or two before the festival. (Please note that some workshop presenters choose not to make their handouts available before the festival.)

Lunchtime Open Mic Contest Sign-Up

All attendees who register in advance will be able to put their name in virual hat for a chance to participate in the Lunchtime Open Mic Contest. Twelve names will be randomly chosen (plus a few alternates). The list of those chosen will be posted on the website on Friday, August 23, and posted at the Registration Desk before the Friday evening concert. The twelve will each play one song during the lunch break. The winner of the contest will get perform a song at Saturday night's concert.

Meals (includes meat or vegan options)

  • A lunch is included with the advanced purchase of Full Fest, Saturday All Day, and Workshops Only tickets.
  • A dinner will be available to purchase for $18.

Consider making a donation to the New Jersey Uke Fest. Donations can be as small as $5 or any larger amount. Donations are tax deductible. If you donate $250 or more, The Folk Project (NJUF's parent organization) will send you a letter confirming your donations for your tax records.

Volunteer at the Fest

The committee can't run this festival on our own. Please think about helping out. Offer up 1 hour of your time while at the fest. We will need help stuffing swag bags, getting attendees registered, watching the registration desk. When you register, check the "I want to volunteer" box and our volunteer coordinator will contact you to find the best time for you to volunteer.

If you are interested in being a full time volunteer in exchange for a complementary ticket to the fest (6 hours of volunteer time is required), please let us know (limited availability).
