Mark Stepakoff

A longtime fixture on the Boston folk music scene, singer-songwriter Mark Stepakoff is widely admired for his mix of wryly humorous and wistfully poignant material, in the vein of artists such as John Prine and London Wainwright III.  Mark has received numerous songwriting awards and most recently was selected for the Emerging Artist showcase at the 2024 Falcon Ridge Folk Festival. Mark recently released his seventh album, “The Sound Of That”.  His previous releases have reached as high as number 2, and his songs as high as number 3, on the Folk Alliance International Folk Radio airplay chart.
