Steve Kunzman

Steve Kunzman is a New Jersey–based singer-songwriter whose music blends heartfelt storytelling with rich acoustic textures. Primarily a guitarist, he also plays mandolin, dobro, and banjo, and often lends his talents as a sideman, adding accompaniment and harmony for fellow artists. He has performed widely across the Northeast, both solo and with bands. Steve has released three albums of original songs.

A four-time participant in Rosanne Cash’s Essence of Songwriting workshop, Steve has been praised by Cash for his “sensitivity, skill, and beautifully honest voice.” He lives in New Jersey with his wife, Jane, an artist and arts educator, and together they enjoy a busy family life with four children and three grandchildren.
