Michael Karcher has been having the time of his life calling dances and weekends around North America since 2011. He has honed a warm and concise style of teaching and calling, to the delight of dancers across the continent.
Riverside has hit the ground running this year as one of New York City’s newest bands! The trio features Paul Morris on guitar, Sean Rosenberry on fiddle and tenor guitar, and Rachel Givner on clarinet. They hail from a variety of musical backgrounds, and the resulting combination of styles brings out a creative, playful approach to their music-making. In addition to their performance experience, all three are seasoned contra and folk dancers, and Paul calls contra dances in the NYC metro region.
COVID PROTOCOL
- Masks and proof of vaccination are no longer required as Morris County has remained at the Green/Low case level for several months.
- We once again welcome contributions of home-baked [or not] goodies to share at the break.
- Please bring your own water bottle with your name on it. Water bottles may be filled at the kitchen sink.
